Hello!

I was seven years old when I made my first functional ceramic piece…a pink ash tray for my bubbie (grandma). I had so much pride in creating something that someone uses and that feeling has not diminished. Today, I continue to create functional work intended to be integrated into everyday life— a bowl for your cereal, a vase for flowers picked from a walk, and I encourage you to interact with my work and not let them sit on a shelf.

Get to know the intricacies of handmade pieces by finding fingerprints, brushstrokes, and other markings. They all tell a story. I’ve developed deep relationships with some mugs.

My background is in Social Work and Art Therapy. I’ve been exploring ceramics for the past 25 years and sell work out of my studio and in local shops.
